I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering a holistic counseling approach that is client centered and relationship oriented , mixed with a generous amount of humor. My 30 years of experience has deepened my respect and understanding of lifetime patterns that are developed in childhood and are strongly influenced by family and cultural beliefs. This awareness helps me to be open minded when supporting clients to identify and begin transforming any limiting patterns in their lives.
I especially enjoy using Solution Focused Approach in couples therapy to focus on clear goals and help clients identify these limiting patterns while developing clear communication and reflective listening skills
I truly enjoy guiding couples using a nonjudgmental approach that honors their strengths and addresses healing their fears.
