Welcome, I have provided counseling to couples for over 13 years and I am always excited to see unions where people are willing to explore their needs in a relationship in a health way so that both parties can achieve their therapeutic goals.

I believe in working with couples from a team approach where each person can be validated and feel validated in respect to their feelings and their truth.
I also like to model behavior that the couple can see when listening , reframing and understanding what the other person is conveying.
