Denise was wonderful with us. She was kind and compassionate but was still honest and straightforward with us. She is a great counselor.
Denise is great! Highly recommend!
Ms. Mason is very professional and sympathetic to my situation. She understands my feelings and is helping me work through the barriers I put up. I would highly recommend Ms. Mason to my friends.
We appreciate the feedback and are looking forward to continuing to work with Denise.
Very qualified, objective and compassionate. She used simple strategies that really got me to remember the basics of good communication.
I was initially paired with another counselor. For about 2 days I reached out numerous times about various issues and she responded a couple of times in very vague terms. I was in a really rough spot personally and I needed someone to be there for me. I wasn’t sure I had given her enough time but I requested a new counselor anyway, half thinking I was just being high-maintenance. Immediately Denise reached out. She jumped in with both feet and wanted to listen and support me right away. I felt a million times better about switching counselors and I am so happy to have been paired with Denise!
