I consider myself to be a Life Coach/Mentor and have experience in helping clients with Career Planning, developing skills and strategies for Life stressors, by assistance with decreasing anxiety symptoms, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, & intimacy related issues. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
