About me
I am a highly qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW] with over 25 years of experience dealing with diverse populations of clients that include working with individuals, couples, families, young children, and adolescents. I hold a doctoral degree from Indiana University, 2008, and I received a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in 1982. My career involves organizational management, clinical supervision, and extensive experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I have proven success with engaging clients by empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. I do not view people as fundamentally flawed. I believe people know themselves better than experts in the helping professions. My approach to therapy is based on guiding my clients to work along with me to resolve their identified issues in treatment. A relationship with a therapist is one of the most intimate bonds a person can have in life. Who do you trust with your most private and vulnerable experiences? This is the reason why I take the time to build trust and rapport with my clients. Building trust is a critical part of achieving success in therapy. I am compassionate with strong communication, and interpersonal skills. When I am working with couples, I take a non-judgmental stance, respecting each partner's perspective regarding relationships issues. I share specific tools and techniques to help improve conflict resolution in relationships.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Delthea Hill. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
She has been extremely helpful in our marriage. She is extremely personable, empathetic, and understanding. She is able pinpoint things quickly and offer helpful solutions. She is very honest and clear. We love working with her and would highly recommend!
Doctor Dell really aided me within my relationship and showed me that it is hard to fix what I want when I am not addressing the many traumatic experiences that are causing the problems within my relationship.
She is sure to help you and be honest!
Dr. Hill is an amazing therapist. Very good listener and understands her work
Appreciate Dr. Dell's knowledge and approach with therapy. She's kind, listens, and hold people accountable. We appreciate her!
Dr. Del is a great listener who provides incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and poignant feedback. We have a renewed hope in our future together because of Dr. Del already. It's going to take work and be unpleasant at times, but I feel that we have a fantastic guide and coach to help us through.
We’ve had 2 sessions with Dr. Hill and she has been great! She really takes the time to understand both parties. She is so sweet and easy to talk to and get ahold of when we need her.
She is just amazing
Thank you for the help you provided in the short term :(
She’s been great and very nice and understanding.
She is so friendly and warm that it made us feel a lot easier about starting therapy. So far we have both been very happy.
