I am licensed in California with nearly 40 years of professional experience, with numerous advanced certifications to help me help people like you, whether it's at home or at work. My specialties include dispute resolution (with self and others), communication and relationship challenges, navigating through stress and anxiety so you can be the best you can be, and understanding the impact of life's traumas as well as coping with grief and loss. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other, supporting each in being accountable for the mindshift needed for success and well-being.
