I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas in 1999. I have gone on to further my education and knowledge with Rehabilitation Counseling at University of Arkansas Little Rock and I am also a certified tobacco interventionist.
I work with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, depression, substance abuse, trauma-informed care, family relations problems, communication, anger management, life changes and compassion fatigue. I come from an eclectic approach to counseling, but by the client’s presenting concerns, motivation and goals, the therapies that could be used are client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy and trauma-informed care. I am a counselor of color, with over twenty years in counseling, substance abuse and mental health. I would be a good match for someone seeking an older and mature counselor.

I would like to help you provide solutions to these challenges that you face. I would like to help you create an effective and positive stream of communication. In long lasting relationships communication is essential. If you make the first step to seek help, I will walk with you. If you are willing to put the work in you will see a much healthier you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Deborah Bledsoe. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Ms Deborah has made us think in ways we didn't know we needed to before. She does an excellent job of helping us to see or at least attempt to understand one another's point of view on topics we don't necessarily share the same opinion on. We love that she supports our efforts to open up and have the "hard discussions" and she does not choose sides.
We’ve only met with Deborah once but connected with her right away. She gave great explanations and by the end of the session we knew she could help us walk through some difficult times. Can’t wait to see her again this week.
Deborah has been very patient and understanding with me. She has helped me a lot
Talking to Deborah is like talking to an old friend. It’s comfortable and she is so easy to open up to.
Mrs. Bledsoe was personable while also addressing specific issues in a professional manner. Her initial assessment of our needs as newlyweds were very helpful.
Deborah is a treasure! She truly wants the best outcome for you. And it shows! God bless her!
Deborah is one of the best counselors that my wife and I encountered during our time on regain. Throughout our experience Deborah always had our best interests at heart. My wife and I are very sad to see her leave and wish her the best in health and in her endeavors!
She is awesome, respectful, professional and very helpful
I love the fact that Deborah has years under her sleeve and can understand what we need and she can tell us what we really need. She is a beautiful person and I am very lucky to have been paired with her. Thank you.
