Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for David Whiteman. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Highly recommend!
He could see marriage things for us to work on in just one video call. Looking forward to the next session for more help and hope.
Offered helpful insights to each of us and gave relevant “assignments” to each of us to work on to help improve our relationship. In addition to individual things to work on he asked for awareness- are you aware of how your behavior is impacting the other?
Kindness- commit to kindness, even when emotions are so hard.
Boundaries-can you have harmony in tough moments and respect boundaries?
Step away, (when temper flares) so you don’t hurt the other.
What do you do to cause disharmony? There is a disconnect in communication because of belief or lack of belief in the message. Grateful we found a good couples therapist who can be objective and not choose one partners (side) over another.
Troy listens, doesn't take sides, and shares very useful suggestions, never being pushy. Would recommend.
He is easy to talk to and gives practical, logical advice.
He is very helpful and doesn’t take sides and states the facts. He asks the right questions and is straightforward about helping us figure out what we need to do.
Great at relating to us and making us feel comfortable! Jumped right in and didn’t waste our time. Really enjoyed talking with him and would highly recommend!
After my first visit I look forward to the future therapy sessions my wife and I will have with him. This will be one of my greatest investments.
An amazing therapist . Very straightforward
