Hello,
My name is Crystal Martin. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have worked in the mental health field for 3 years, working with individuals who have experienced hardships such as divorce, change, trauma, and etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and etc. My therapeutic approaches is person centered and humanistic, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide them through interpersonal changes and healing.
My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential and regaining a new perspective on life.
In addition to my overall clinical experience, I've worked with couples who have struggled with infidelity and communication. I help clients explore their hopes, expectations and relationship concerns. We work to understand each other better by teaching effective ways to communicate. We explore why there are differences of opinion & what to do about them, and learning problem solving strategies.

I love that i starting out therapy sessions she always likes to start off with positives. And then we get into any kind of disagreements that we might have had and she has given us great worksheets and suggestions to help us get over these hurtles that come up.
Crystal is kind, straight forward, and on point. She doesn't let us stray too far from the areas we really need to work on. One of hee greatest talents is promoting a positive and genuinely healthy and uplifting experience. She constantly creates and environment where my wife and i dont question if we will succeed or not, but rather know that we can and are currently. She is helping our marriage tremendously, and we are increasingly grateful for her becoming our therapist.
She does not take sides. She seems to care for both our outcomes.
