Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Christina Anderson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Christina has been a consistent presence for my wife and I and helped us through a difficult season in our lives. We are well past our initial struggle but still find out conversations with Christina to be valuable. I highly recommend her.
Listens, Critques, and straight to the point. Honest which is what is need with no sugar coating. But aware of feelings.
In the past, I have experienced therapy sessions where I felt like just another number. Not once has Christina made me feel that way.
Christina creates a comfortable and open atmosphere during sessions. She listens carefully to my concerns and works with me toward finding a solution.
Christina has been an amazing couples therapist to my girlfriend and I. She has helped us work through many different issues involving communication, boundaries, addiction, and codependency. She keeps it light when needed and brings in some much needed humor at just the right times. She gives us both valuable feedback, listens extremely well, and helps us form step by step plans to work through anything together. She sees us for exactly who we are and where we are at, shows compassion, while at the same time tells us how it is when we need to hear it. We both feel so comfortable talking to her about anything no matter how difficult because we know she will respond in such a warm manner and help us sort through it. I couldn’t recommend her enough! She truly has been a blessing to both my girlfriend and I as we grow together and build our life together.
