About me

I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.


I require live sessions - chat, voice, or video - for the majority of our work together. I am available for live sessions in the evenings and on the weekends. Live sessions are typically 30-45 minutes in length. You can see my schedule using the schedule tab in your counseling page. Between live sessions, we can use the messaging system to discuss scheduling and outside assignments, share thoughts and questions that come up between sessions, and share and discuss journal entries (if you use that feature).
