“Change Your Thoughts and You’ll Change Your World”. My goal is to offer and provide support within the therapeutic relationship that allows for you to gain insight on discovering your needs. I believe that everyone needs support but struggles with how to ask for help. In my practices I provide the time and space for you to feel heard, supported, and most importantly I provide empathy. Empathy is a powerful word as it defines the ability to sense other people’s emotions, coupled with the ability to imagine what someone might be thinking or feeling. I always try to create a warm, heartening, and empathetic environment with every client I provide services too.
I have over 4 years of experience providing support and helping others in need. My experience includes working with youth (5-12), adolescents and teens (13-18), families, adults, and parents. I also have experience working with couples, marriages (relational conflict, conflict resolution, changing the views within the relationship, modify dysfunctional behavior, Improve communication, and promote strength). I have an eclectic theoretical approach and create a therapeutic approach based off of the client’s needs and support desired. I typically utilize a cognitive behavioral therapeutic style, as well as solution focused/brief therapeutic style. I utilize cognitive, behavioral, and solution based approaches, by identifying and changing thought distortions, along with identifying and recognizing negative behaviors and being able to discuss how those restrict the client from engaging in positive behaviors and/or making changes to help increase their ability of daily functioning. Every client is different, therefore; altering the approach is based off of the individual client, and their needs to support their desired outcome.
My experience includes working with youth, adolescents, families, adults, and parents. Areas of interest include parenting challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, family relationships, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, work-life balance, and stress challenges. I work with youth, parents, families, adults, couples, and adults 65+.
I offer an unconditional understanding for all of my clients, and look forward to providing the support you seek.

Love her she’s amazing to work with.
I never tried counseling through an application before. I'm used to going to a face to face session. I was a little unsure about how this type of counseling would be. Within the first week, Cassandra was very responsive and attentive. She answered my questions through messaging very quickly and ensured that she was available around my schedule. My first phone session was a huge help. Cassandra made me feel heard and validated right away. I knew off the bat that this was the right choice for me. I would recommend this to anyone who feels like they need guidance in their life, but just can't find the time to take the first step. Cassandra is professional, friendly and really understood where I was coming from. I'm excited to take the nexts steps in my journey of being a better me.
She’s amazing and not judgmental. Helpful and kind. She has helped me in not just in my general focus for therapy but other aspects of my life I didn’t know I needed repair in. Thank you Cassandra !
With Cassandra’s help, we’ve been able to bring our relationship to a new, healthier, and much happier level, working through painful situations, growing as individuals and as a couple, and with tools to stay on this path. She’s very responsive, and it has been great to have her facilitate our messaging through the app all week. I highly recommend Cassandra. She’s skilled, supportive, and down-to-earth. We feel totally comfortable with her.
Cassandra has been great so far for couples counseling. She responds quickly, she gives good practical tips on what to do during the week after a counseling session and so far we have found it helpful to be able to directly contact her when issues arise. Would recommend her to anyone for couples.
