About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the state of Georgia with Christian values and 11 years of experience. My theoretical approach includes a Client-centered base along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities have worked together to help clients uproot hidden issues that may be causing irrational thinking and behavioral problems. My mission is to educate clients as well as counsel clients on how to live a more quality life and to learn how to identify triggers and use coping mechanisms to manage problems on their own. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, low self-esteem, grief, communication issues, terminal illness diagnoses, and relationship issues.
