I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in several states
Being a couple is hard work, I am not going to paint a pretty picture that’s not true. Every relationship goes through changes and growth. I do not know of any relationship that has not experienced anger, transition, fear, misunderstandings and the biggest issue in a relationship – lack of communication. However, if the two of you are willing to do the work your relationship can be saved, managed, and/or made better. Couples therapy can help bridge the relationship to a happier place. My role as a couple’s therapist is to guide and support each of you to discovering yourselves as individuals and to discover your potential as a couple. I use a variety of evidence-based orientations and I also use the Bible in different interventions as well., this method is optional. I am ready and willing to support you come together on one accord.
I am looking forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carolyn Bruce. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
I feel that Carolyn cares not only as me as a person but us a couple. I appreciate her taking the time to hear both sides and fostering a safe space for communication.
She is a caring, even handed person who tries to resolve conflicts and discuss strategies to cope with the other partner. I like her alot.
We’ve had just a few sessions , but Carolyn has made us feel Hope. She’s very open when it comes to it being a safe and comfortable space. The
Comfortability to truly tell her what your feeling and to let out a cry if you need too , all around Amazing ! Looking forward to many more sessions.
She truly cares and that makes all the difference.
Mrs. Bruce is absolutely wonderful!
We have had two great sessions so far, and I definitely will use her again, and will keep using her

I love Ms Carolyn. She’s very understanding and makes us feel so comfortable. She also brings humor to our sessions which always is a light. She’s definitely invited to our wedding
