About me
Couples need communication skills and practice and that is I believe the way to solve many problems. I teach a type of commuication that involves listening and reflecting. It is not followed by more questions and possible defensiveness. It is concluded with the idea that your have been heard when you see that the other person can repeat what you just said. Feeling heard and possibly understood is the key to a couple''s relationship.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carol Chase. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Carol is great. We are very happy with her.
Love working with Carol, I feel confident in her expertise.
Carol is a really experienced therapist, she has many different tools to work on relationship issues. We’ve had 4 sessions with her and it has helped us to find out what we need to improve on our relationship.
Carol has helped my husband and I reconnect. Extremely compassionate and caring to her clients needs.
Carol was the first therapist that I was able to truly connect with and have that wow moment of “oh my goodness, this therapy is actually working!” In the past I felt belittled and judged by other therapists. Carol was honest, compassionate and relatable. She gave great advice and had great availability. I’m in the process of having more sessions authorized by my employer (fingers crossed) and hope to be able to continue therapy with Carol again soon.
Carol is very warm and listens carefully of what I say and give useful advices every time. It’s a bless to meet Carol, and I appreciate her help very much.
My wife and I have gone through 2 sessions with Carol so far (a few more to come).
Carol is sweet, kind, very human, and very professional. She actively listens, and understands where the issues/feelings are coming from. She has a nice toolbox that she shared with us so that we can learn to better communicate. She empathises a lot and is not afraid of talking about herself.
I strongly recommend Carol, so far it's been a pleasure having her as a therapist and I can see how my wife and I are starting to understand each other and to communicate better.
From the first email and video session, Carol really listens, is kind and honest. For the first time, I’m feeling optimistic about things in my life. She’s amazing! Im grateful to have her in my corner of the world.
