About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief counseling, bipolar and ADHD and many other issues.
I will listen and assist you with compassion and work together at your pace as we find solutions to your issues at hand. My approach varies according to your issues and needs but some include cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution focused and rational-emotive therapy. Every session is individualized and tailored to your needs at the time of the session. We will work together to identify your needs and work on achieving your goals. Help couples to identify and address negative patterns: Many couples get stuck in negative patterns of behavior that can be harmful to their relationship. Help couples to identify these patterns and to develop strategies for breaking out of them. Empower couples to take an active role in their treatment: Encourage couples to take an active role in their treatment and to work together to set goals and develop a plan for improving their relationship. This can help to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility and increase the chances of long-term success.
