About me

Greetings! My name is Camille Boone. Please feel free to call me by my first name.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the states of North Carolina and Georgia. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my Master's Degree from Liberty University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been fortunate to work with many different people from all walks of life for over 13 years. As a LMFT, I have worked with adults individually and through couples, pre-marital, and marital therapy. I am a therapist who takes a holistic approach, getting to know the whole person in an effort to better assist them in meeting their personal goals and ultimately feeling better. All facets of an individual's life are important; Including one's cultural background, spirituality, sexuality, and social and economical status, etc.

I have extensive experience working with individuals in crisis, those who have experienced marital infidelity, those with depression and anxiety, the military population, and those with Serious and Persistent Mental Illnesses. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. Some of the modalities that I utilize are Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman, and Structural Therapy. However, I am a therapist who likes to "meet the individual where they are," realizing that most people require an eclectic approach, encompassing various modalities.

My goal is to make you feel that you are in a safe, non-judgmental, professional atmosphere where you feel comfortable to share your thoughts, feelings, and emotions in an effort for me to assist you in the best manner possible. I am looking forward to working with you and seeing your relationship/marriage succeed! Here's to discovering your inner strength and ability to conquer anything life tries to throws at you and your significant other.

Remember..."Don't watch the clock; Do what it does. Keep going." ~Sam Levenson

Camille has been an absolute delight to work with! We love the advice and expertise she brings to all of our meetings but also feel like we are chatting with a long time friend! We will be taking a break from counseling but definitely hope to have Camille again in the future. Can’t imagine working with anyone else at this point! This is a “see you later” not a goodbye, that’s for sure!!

Work with me!
