I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients work through family conflict, relationship issues, and coping with grief and loss. I also have experience supporting individuals who are navigating through stressful times with anxiety and depression. I am always amazed when I get to witness the incredible level of resilience people are capable of and their unique strengths within. I understand that taking that first step towards change can feel overwhelming, but I believe everyone has the potential to achieve a more fulfilling and joyful life.
