About Me

I have never really gotten over learning how to be properly impacted and helpful to people stuck in survival mode that goes by the unpleasant nickname of emotional suffering and mental illness. I love being a counselor. I’ve learned by being a counselor that there are seldom many quick fixes for emotional pain and suffering. I personally blame the nervous system for the fact that fixing yourself by yourself is so frustrating at times. Sometimes the body cooperates with what you want to do sometimes it does not and confusion isn't pleasant for anyone. If you are not careful you can begin to feel helpless trying to put yourself or another person back together. When you can live in the present confidently that is how you know you have helped your nervous system adjusted and you have gained the tools you need to feel your way to better help. I would love to hear your story and help you out in anyway I can.
