My name is Brenda Drake, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Mississippi. I earned my Master of Counseling degree from Mississippi College, in 2010 and received my Licensure in 2013. My therapy style is warm, comfortable and inviting providing a safe place to air problems and restore healthy mental and emotional functioning. My personal challenge is to connect with people in collaborative relationships which inspire and support my clients to access their strengths, create possibilities, and attain their goals. This commitment transcends my work as a therapist, educator, and consultant. As an experienced professor of Couples Counseling which explored the dynamics of marital and couple relationships from a clinical research perspective, I have provided services to those seeking help with couple or marital issues.
