I have several years of experience in multiple family scenarios. Families are each unique and have different goals which are affected by their own person, environment and belief systems. Encouraging families to develop to their fullest potential is an honor. Much of my approach is easy going, structured in family systems theory and compassionate to each individual and their familial focus to reach their full strength based and dynamic abilities to fulfill and enrich each of their lives. I look forward to being a part of encouraging your family to reach your full potential and enjoy your lives together!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brenda Atkinson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Ms. Brenda is kind and a great listener. She is professional and relatable. She has spent a lot of time working with our family and we appreciate her and the tools that she has helped us develop and learn.
Mrs. Brenda has seen my wife and I for quite some time now. We return time after time because she’s power-packed with knowledge and has the most amazing listening skills. We leave each session with a new technique to find a balance within our personal lives as well as our marriage. We would recommend Mrs. Brenda to anyone seeking realistic advise or simply an ear to listen to all that you have to say. We couldn’t ask for a better therapist.
Wonderful women and only in two sessions have we felt like we are on the right path towards our goals x
Brenda is probably one of the very few people I feel comfortable talking to about my life.
She’s attentive, respectful, and her advice has been very helpful in dealing with my difficulties I’m going threw.
My husband and I both feel extremely comfortable with Brenda. She has helped us both feel very heard both as a couple going through things and as individuals.
Thank you, Brenda! Brenda helped my boyfriend and I work through some issues we were having and we are now stronger communicators and are trying to respect each other’s boundaries more. Highly recommend Brenda as your therapist!
I love working with Ms. Brenda. She has been a great listener and helped me so much. She is very knowledgeable.
Brenda is really kind and supportive. Thank you for your support
I really feel heard when I talk to Brenda. She gives me insight without badgering me. I appreciate this experience.
We really didn't know what to expect with online marriage counseling, but we are incredibly pleased with Brenda Atkinson. She listens, leads us in the direction we want to go, and helps us heal from our pasts. Being in the comfort of our own home is also great.
Very helpful and attentive
Brenda is very attentive, non-judgemental, understanding and so kind. She's so easy to talk to and open up to. My wife and I love her!
Brenda is a great listener and really knows how to ask the right questions to get to the deeper discussions. Really enjoy our conversations!
She has helped our marriage so much. Kind and understanding. I hate when our session ends but always feel great afterwards no matter how the session was.
I think Brenda has been very helpful so far and look forward to our continued work together.
Ms. Brenda has been amazing so far.
She is awesome
She's the best thus far!
Brenda is always pleasant and easy to talk with. With respect to Jean and my communication, I haven't seen an improvement but, we haven't been in couples therapy very long. Of course, Jean and I have been married for 55 years and our ability to communicate has gradually declined. I think it has a lot to do with our level of trust in each other.
Great counselor. Highly recommend. Patient. Listens. Offers kind advice.
She was great. Very knowledgeable, understanding and transparent
Perfect mixture of book smarts & life experience! Open minded, non judgmental, and able to give enlightening spins on my life events.
Brenda is wonderful! She has been someone I can joke with, and a shoulder I can cry on. Absolutely helpful in becoming a better me.
Thank you, and God bless you, Brenda.
She is wonderful
