About me
Hello, thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I appreciate the opportunity to get to know you! I have a passion for supporting and helping others and I want to let you know I honor your decision to seek help. I know this can be a scary experience but I want you to know that I will support you 100 percent. I believe the strongest people in the world are those brave enough to ask for help when they need it.
I received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2012. The previous 10 years were spent in Law Enforcement. The modalities I use most are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I utilize interventions from all schools of therapy depending on client need. Mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom techniques, deep breathing and cognitive reframing are some of the tools I use to help my clients. I have experience working with individuals and couples dealing relational issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss and first responder resiliency. Again, I would like to thank you for reviewing my profile. I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brandon Woffinden. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Me and my partner have been working with Brandon since January and have both gained so much by working with him. He is easy to talk to, makes great recommendations for outside resources and additional support, and makes us laugh! We always enjoy our sessions and look forward to them weekly. His support has been instrumental to our healing and growth this year.
Brandon’s been very understanding and encouraging.
Within only a few sessions, Brandon has already been a great resource for my partner and I. He is a great active listener and his recommendations are empowering us to shift to more open and positive approach with each other.
Brandon is a truly great guy, and a wonderful therapist. He listens well, responds appropriately, and takes time for his clients.
Brandon is an outstanding counselor. He has been consistently supportive, and insightful and our sessions have given me numerous tools to better myself and my relationship.
Brandon was amazingly helpful and available. I was only able to chat and video with him a handful of times over the 4 week period, but he was incredibly supportive and helpful. I am now joining my partner in this app with a new therapist and couple therapy.
This is the first time i have heard of Regain but the experience have been very good. a program like this would have been very helpful back in 2008 when i first deployed. since we started working with Brandon I have since then recommended this program to my friends who are on their first deployment and away from their spouses. once upon a time i believed that seeking help was for the weak. that is not true, seeking help can make you stronger and give you strength to continue.
Brought great insights to our interactions with him and shared many resources that will allow us to learn and grow during our counseling journey
Brandon was an amazing and thoughtful person and he always spoke to us in a very thoughtful way. He gave us great tools to succeed that we can take with us in the rest of our relationship.
He is an understanding counselor.
