I am licensed in Georgia with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients regain stability, purpose, and meaning. As we know, life is based on relationships of all types. These relationships can be interpersonal, professional, family, and of course the relationship that we have with our own selves that contributes to our sense of self worth, self-esteem, drive, and motivation in our daily lives. The primary goals of this type of therapy will focus on helping you regain the meaning and purpose in the most significant relationships in your life. Relationships are the foundation of life and can serve as elements of consistency, safety, and stability during life changes and challenges. As your therapist, I will guide you through the therapeutic journey, I will utilize empathy, education, and understanding.
