About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fourteen years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate complex life challenges and internal struggles. Life’s inevitable ups and downs can place strain on even the strongest relationships, and many relational difficulties stem from ineffective or unhealthy communication patterns. I work collaboratively with couples to strengthen communication skills and build a solid foundation rooted in transparency, trust, and understanding. Maintaining a healthy relationship requires intention, consistency, and care, and I am dedicated to helping couples cultivate deeper intimacy, connection, and mutual respect.
My therapeutic approach centers on honoring each person’s unique life journey. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to individuals facing communication challenges, exploring life purpose, managing panic or anxiety, coping with caregiver stress, and healing from feelings of guilt or shame. I am especially attentive to those navigating major life transitions and seeking meaningful emotional healing.
Above all, my commitment is to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and genuine care as you move toward personal growth, emotional balance, and lasting well-being.
