I am so glad Barb came into our lives. My husband and I just needed a "tune up" because we kept having the same silly arguments over and over since we never really addressed them. My husband isn't great about opening up and I can talk something to death. Meeting with Barb gave us having to explain ourselves and be accountable for why we acted/reacted a certain way. We couldn't just get annoyed and brush it under the rug, we had to see and tackle the questions head first. Truly after one session, we are doing so much better, but I want to continue to go to her for help with myself and other relationships as well.

Another thing I really appreciate about Barb is her flexibility. Though I have wanted to start counseling for a while, my husband was a surgical resident and now is a fellow, and his schedule is almost impossible to know in advance. She helped work with us to find a time that suited all parties. It is late time (and she is an hour ahead!), we really appreciate her doing it for us. I didn't think we would ever find anyone who wanted to work with us at 8pm, but that is the only time we can guarantee he is home and the kids are asleep.

I have already recommended her and regain to many of my friends.
