Licensed clinical social worker with 15 years’ experience as a child and family therapist. I worked with children, families, individuals with varied issues- child welfare, childhood and adolescent disorders, parenting issues, family crisis, depression, anxiety, developmental health challenges, and end of life needs. A non-judgmental, warm, therapeutic style with integrative therapy approaches.
A Master of Social Work from Barry University, and Bachelor of Social Work with a Minor in Psychology. Licensed in the state of Florida, with certifications in Child Welfare, Infant Mental Health and Gerontology. I also started a master’s in ministry program with a concentration in Counseling at the University of Ft. Lauderdale.
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who applies integrative theories and approaches to address issues impacting life experiences, with diverse population. Utilizing “begin where the client is” allows the individual a meaningful therapeutic experience.
