About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have provided outpatient therapy in private practice and community settings since 2016. I have experience working with couples having relationship issues, collectively and individually. These issues include communication, pre-marital, parenting, infidelity, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach to counseling is non-judgmental and centered around your specific goals.

In the counseling setting, it is important we discuss things openly and honestly. Therapy is best provided in an atmosphere of safety and trust, which I will do my best to provide for you both. Therapy is also a collaborative effort. My job is not to instruct or advise you, but to empower you to create the change you wish to see as a couple, but also individually.
