My name is Ashley Kesraoui. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Illinois with 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages (2-75), ethnicities, and socio-economic groups. I have experience with relationship counseling, trauma therapy, depression and anxiety issues, family therapy, and daily life and family stressors.
I am experienced in many counseling techniques with my main approaches being the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approaches. I like to meet clients wherever they are in life. I view each client as an individual with their own unique needs and goals for therapy. I feel it is important to understand how our thinking and our actions work together and then we can use both to help us cope with our life circumstances and reach the goals we set for ourselves. I also like using Gottman Therapy techniques with couples counseling to help each person to better understand their partner.
I look forward to working with you!

Ashley is a fantastic person to talk to. Especially during the tough times my wife and I have been experiencing. She prompts great conversations and sheds light on a unbiased way. Although it’s been a short amount of time with her I believe it has helped greatly
