About me

Greetings! Next to parenting, having a long and sustaining relationship with someone you plan on spending the rest of your life can be daunting and exhausting. Yet, it can also be one of the most enduring and enlightening experiences you can ever have. Merging two unique individuals into a union has its ups and downs. The key to a sustaining and long lasting relationship is to communicate and mutually respect each others individuality.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the field of mental health for thirty two years. I have worked in an acute inpatient unit with individuals with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have worked with couples and individuals with depression, anxiety, impulsive behaviors, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, and individuals with autism.
I know that asking and receiving for this kind of help still carries a certain stigma in many cultures and populations. However, let this be the day that you begin a process of new beginnings. Regain has been a great start to rebuilding my partners and my relationship. Armando is very straight forward and an unbiased medium to my partner and I. He pulls us to a whole other perspective. I would definitely recommend.
