I base my practice on the understanding that the degree of enjoyment and happiness in each of our lives is closely tied to the quality of our relationship with our own self and our partner with whom we have developed an intimate relationship. If you are experiencing a lack of inner peace, of enjoyment, and happiness in your life and relationship (s), or if this has been a pattern in your past relationships that you desire to resolve, I encourage you to contact me. Intimacy is not sex nor is sex intimacy. A fulfilling intimate relationship is truly open and honest, allowing the other to really know us. We cannot truly experience intimacy without trust and often our trust level has been diminished by family of origin issues that remain unresolved or perhaps past relationship wounds that have not yet healed. Each person is responsible to the other for offering themselves as emotionally healthy if both seek to have a truly intimate relationship. Couples therapy often includes having the focus on our own emotional health needs to be addressed as well as on the relationship dynamics as well. There is nothing better than being in a truly intimate relationship with our own self and with another. If this is what you are seeking then together we can develop a treatment strategy that can be successful. It will be difficult, enjoyable, anxiety-producing, and highly beneficial and rewarding!

Anthony is very helpful.
Counselor Kesner's insight, understanding, and correctly-placed questions were invaluable to helping me get past a particularly difficult time in my life.
Also, his worksheets and resources for continued support really made a difference in my life.
Since meeting with Counselor Kesner, I have prioritized my self-care, implemented healthy boundaries with my job (actually I have started looking for a new job), and I have prioritized my social relationships.
I am grateful for him.
Wonderful, easy to talk to.
