About me
For the past several years, I have served as a therapist for couples and families. Working from a Emotionally and Solution Focused Therapy perspective, I treat problems such as relationship issues, family conflicts, approach-avoidance conflicts, parenting issues, anger issues, and conflict patterns keeping in mind how these stressors impact relationships. My additional expertise is in assisting couples and families to improve their relationships, learn positive coping skills and find the flexibility needed to adapt to life cycle changes. My therapy style is warm, comfortable, and inviting providing a safe place to air problems and restore healthy mental and emotional functioning. My personal challenge is to connect with people in collaborative relationships which inspire and support my clients to access their strengths, create possibilities, and attain their goals.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Annie Phillips. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
So far, it has been a great experience and has put me in a position to grow
Dr. Phillips is professional but extremely easy to feel comfortable talking to. She listens, asks questions, and provides helpful insight and feedback.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Phillips for a couple years now and it’s worked wonders. It been such a safe space for the both of us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. She’s very comfortable to be around and super knowledgeable. Knows how to stay neutral and factual. Highly recommend.
She has been such a great support system over the past couple of rocky months of our marriage. She’s given us things to work on, highlighted some problem areas and the main thing so far - really listens and understands how we’re feeling. It’s such a great tool knowing that we can schedule a session when and if we need it. No pressure, just help there waiting. Strongly recommend it for anyone nervous about trying couples therapy.
We’ve had our first session with Dr Phillips, she reassured us and it was a lovely balance of useful general information and getting to know us, I would highly recommended. She had some insightful ideas that were enlightening.
An amazing individual who knows how the interact with us. Knows us well and how we can work together to tackle our different things.
