I am a nationally certified counselor and am licensed as a professional counselor in Alabama with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, couple's conflicts, substance use, and severe mental illnesses. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their bonds with each other. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
