About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with almost 10 years of experience. I have worked with all age ranges in a variety of settings (schools, community mental health, inpatient, and private practice). I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, bipolar, anxiety, life transition issues, family conflict, traumatic experiences, relationship issues and marital conflict. My speciality is working with people who have experienced some form of abuse, whether it be physical, sexual or emotional.
I am direct with all of my clients but also provide an empathetic ear and safe environment to encourage a health counseling relationship. I blend a variety of approaches; cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy, but ultimately will cater my approach to meet my clients needs.
Recognizing a need to better improve the relationship you’re in comes with its own set fears. My hope is that I am able to resolve major issues you are facing and can help you arrive at the right decision for you and your partner. I look forward to working with you all!

Andrea is an amazing counselor. She pays attention to the little things and defunds ways help me see an alternative perspective of how I can control my own path. I have grown exponentially with her aid. To be honest, she helped me maneuver through a rough patch in my marriage that seemed to have no possibility. Representation is also a grand importance. I don’t have change my manner of speaking, terminology or censor my worries regarding current issues that’s plague my community to placate her sensibilities because she lives with similar eyes.
