I’ve tried other therapists before but would never go beyond one session because I felt like it’s a one way road and that is just listening to me vent. But with Amy she not only listens, BUT also suggests and recommends which is what I find so valuable. Plus her energy is beautiful!!! She instantly makes me feel like she is actually a friend rather than a therapist doing her job. She changed my view on therapy.
