About me

Hi and glad you found me here. I have worked with families and couples for 23 years and have extensive experience helping couples learn where the problem areas are and encourage each partner to find ways to resolve conflict, grow individually, and have a more loving and respectful connection with their partner. I use methods from Dr. Gottman along with other therapeutic approaches that fit best for each couple. Contact me today and see if I can assist you with your couple problems so that you both can feel more satisfied and happy with each other.
I would be honored to be a part of your journey together.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amy Gallimore. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.

Written on Jun 17, 2021 after therapy with Amy for 1 month on issues concerning relationship

Amy is extremely interactive in our sessions, holds space for both of us to talk about our own concerns and concerns together. Among the many therapist we both have had separately, she has given us so many tools and is always very active in participating instead of sitting back and just listening 90% of the time. Which is exactly what we both needed.
