Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amanda Frederick. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Amanda is probably the best facilitator of communication I've ever met.
She provides correction and positive and negative feedback to both of us and calls us both out when we have a behavior we need to correct.
She also is good at reinforcing positive actions my spouse and I have each taken and she is decidedly sensitive to not letting one spouse or the other feel attacked or "two against one" and purposefully chooses an inviting educational approach at all times.
I just can't say enough positive about Amanda, her work and life experiences and wisdom are quite evident in every session and I couldn't ask for a better match to help my husband and me learn to understand each other better.
Good
Very patient understanding and compassionate. We have grown on a personal level and together. I'm blessed to have her on our team.
She is wonderful and genuinely cares.
Amanda was a joy to work with and saved my relationship with my partner. She is non-judgmental, quick to respond, and an effective therapist whom I would highly recommend.
I am loving therapy with her so far!
Amanda has been exceptional in our couples counseling. She literally saved our marriage.
She seemed to know what we needed after just our first visit
Amanda is great.
First time going through therapy and I wasn't sure what to expect but Amanda has been so far very friendly and easy to open up about very hard personal topics. I am getting a lot out of each session and I plan on continuing with her for the foreseeable future.
