My style includes an eclectic mixture of evidence-based with spiritual/humanistic. I have been and am a client, as I have had challenges in life too. Thus, I like to think of myself as relatable. I also practice Art Therapy and Recreation Therapy. I have worked with kids 6 y.o. through geriatrics, and a range of presenting issues from addictions, disabilities, marriage and couples, etc. My goal is to help you to do your healing work for however long we are supposed to cross paths. I am a mixed-Black woman in America. I am from the east coast but have traveled around. I love animals!
