Great communication and support
An incredible human. Listens well. Alex is comforting, professional, and has a good sense of humor. He keeps things serious when needed and responsibly humorous where he can. I appreciate his optimism, kindness, and gentleness in hard to communicate situations. He is very capable of switching to serious clinician mode when need be and it is sobering but respectful and said with tact. The man knows his stuff.
