Everyone including couples experience transitions, both individually and within the relationship. Anger, apathy, or even loss of vulnerability with your partner doesn’t have to be one of them. Reconnecting with your partner again is a definite possibility again. I also believe that there are a few key ingredients that I can assist all couples with implementing into and/or back into the relationship that will foster lasting results. These key elements include but are not limited to: Communication, Trust, Fidelity even after infidelity, Honesty, Intimacy, Spirituality, and Financial Transparency. When counseling couples, I also believe it is important that each individual is allowed the space to communicate their needs and wants within the relationship. As a therapist, I provide a space of therapeutic exploration, where couples can understand and uncover deeper meanings and emotions. Processing and understanding deeper meanings and emotions often results in more fulfilling relationships with each other. Furthermore, the exploration of a couples’ challenges will enable couples to develop solutions and relationship building skills through enhanced communication. Thus creating new relationship patterns, often resulting in bringing couples closer.

I’ve only been talking to her a short time at this point but she’s been amazing..attentive and supportive, encouraging and informative. I’m excited to see the progress we will make in working with her!
I love Adrienne she has literally improved the quality of my life
Adrienne is the most genuine, non-judgemental counselor I've ever worked with. Her professional, friendly demeanor allows both me and my partner to feel completely comfortable.
She is excellent!
Adrienne has made a huge positive difference in my life. She feels like part of the family because she’s so supportive of us, in our corner, and makes efforts to know us well. At the same time, she is a strong professional and source of clinical expertise. She is a gem who is truly helping my marriage.
She is very flexible with our schedule and takes time to listen to our concerns.
Adrienne has helped me so much. She is so real and genuine, it feels like she is hugging me through the computer. With the pandemic and the end of my marriage, I don't think I would be functioning without Adrienne right now.
I love her. She always turns my day around.
Adrienne shows genuine concern for her patients and is good at relating to them. She is down to earth and human, and easy to talk to.
