Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Adrianna Onwawoma. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
This is my second review of Adrianna. I am very satisfied with her, working with her has been so very helpful in my life in many ways. Thanks to her I am finding ways to cope with things that normally would stop me and I am learning more and more about myself.
Adrianna is really helping me and my spouse learn to communicate much better
Have had only had one session with her as of now, but I was extremely pleased with her and can’t wait to continue therapy with her
Adrianna is wonderful in attitude, support, respect and listening. She makes good suggestions and has taught us so much about options in communication. She stays neutral and helps to guide us to healthy practices to better our relationship. We would highly recommend her.
We were literally on the brink of divorce when we booked Adrianna. We'd survived a most unimaginable tragedy, just to give up on each other. My EAP provides Regain, an incredible tool I never knew existed. Answered the questions to customize needs and type of therapist for best fit, entered the 1st session not sure of what to expect, but SURE my marriage was ending. Adrianna in her calm, inquisitive approach allowed us to be open. The prowess with which she wove "the work" into what seemed like a natural flow of conversation is remarkable. Even when the conversations were heated with raw emotion, she was ghe ambient voice of clarity. Worksheets to remind us of effective communication and triggers of the lack helped us get the most out of the sessions provided. I was so comfortable with her, I wanted to continue with her as my individual vs our couples therapist. Adrianna sharing our faith was another refreshing aspect. Regain is an incredible resource I've already recommended to several colleagues and friends.
Adrianna listens and provides feedback. She shows concern for my issues and provides additional resources.
Adrianna has helped me process things in a more efficient way. Talking with her is more than a way to vent but to reestablish control in my life in a more effective manner.
Adrianna listens to my concerns and is able to give me steps to consider and work on so that I can become the person I was made to be.
Adrianna is open and friendly, listens well, gives good advice while also being respectful and had a positive demeanour
She is a very nice woman and she really do listen to you and she has great advice
It was great to have a therapist that understood my experience and could be helpful in allowing me to share and process my emotions. Thank you for creating a safe space to discuss things with my partner
So far im not even close to the end of my time in this program and i feel like we have made leaps and bounds compared to doing this between my wife and i. So far we have always been able to resolve issues without therapy before this time however we really got into a bind and needed help and answers that we both were not able to give each other. We found that right here with our therapist Adrianna. We aren’t done yet but ill be updating this review for the future readers to let you know how well this is going for us with Adrianna
