This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to personal information defined as “consumer health data” under applicable laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA), and the Nevada Health Data Privacy Act (NHDPA). Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data is defined broadly, so many categories of data we collect may also be considered consumer health data.   • Health-related surgeries or procedures;

  • Gender-affirming care information;
  • Reproductive or sexual health information;
  • Data that identifies you seeking health care services; or
  • Any inferences of the above categories of health data derived or extrapolated from non-health information.

Sources of Consumer Health Data

As explained in Section 1 of our Privacy Policy, the data we collect depends on how you use the Platform. Consumer health data is defined broadly, so many categories of data we collect may also be considered consumer health data. Data we collect can fall under the following specific categories of consumer health data:

  • Directly from you, for example, when you create an account, enter your contact information, and fill out a questionnaire.
  • Indirectly from you, through your mobile device and web browser when accessing our website or app.
  • From our partners, for example, we may receive certain Engagement Data from our analytics Service Providers.

  • Facilitating tools for you and your Therapist
  • Communicating with you
  • Monitoring and improving therapy quality
  • Personalizing your web or app experience
  • Helping us understand how you use our services, how we can improve our products and services to make them more effective and convenient, and offer you new features
  • Complying with laws
  • Protecting your safety and the safety of others
  • Send opportunities, promotions, news, updates and reminders about our services and your account
  • Monitor and protect the security of the Platform

Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We may share your consumer health data for the purposes listed above. We share data with our Service Providers in order for us to operate the Platform and to perform necessary website and application functions. Additionally, provided you opt in, we may Process and share some data with Third Parties for advertising purposes. Please see Section 2 of our Privacy Policy for more information about data sharing.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Rights

If you are covered by the MHMDA, the NHDPA, or other applicable consumer health privacy law, then you may have certain rights with respect to consumer health data, including rights to access, request erasure, or withdraw consent relating to such data, subject to certain exceptions.
