A couple relationship is unique in our world in that it brings out the best in us, but it also brings out the worst in us sometimes as well. The mountains and high and the valleys are low. Your relationship is the one of the most important things to keep healthy because it affects all the other areas of your life.
As a marriage and family therapist, I work with couples who are experiencing difficulties communicating, difficulties resolving conflict, adjusting to new stages in life, infidelity, and other issues. I try to give each person space to say what they think and feel in their own way, and then try to bring people together. I believe that my job is to provide couples a road map to where they want to go and specific skills to get there.

This was our first time seeking out counseling. We wanted to gain some tools to use as we continue to grow our relationship and ensure that we have a strong foundation moving forward. William made us feel comfortable right off the bat. He adds humor to his sessions which immediately created an easy-going and relaxed atmosphere, even over video calls. We are walking away with so many valuable lessons, reminders, and tools from William. Our relationship grew tremendously over the month we spent with him (weekly sessions) especially in the area of communication and acceptance of emotions. William did such an amazing job with listening, asking questions that pushed us a little further, and following up on comments that we made. He also provided us feedback on how we engage with one another, our outlooks, and our communication - which was very helpful.
I would recommend William to any couple who is seeking out therapy! You will feel at-ease talking with him and sharing your story. We felt like we developed a relationship from the first session and it kept us coming back. We can't thank him enough!
Thanks for being a great non-judgmental listener.
