About Me

Balancing relationships and your own mental wellness can be difficult, but it does not have to be permanent. Relationship challenges are normal. Communication, trust, and infidelity are common impeding factors that create a barriers in relationships. We are often are not taught how to fight fair or resolve conflict in a non- defensive way. Avoiding conflict is inevitable. My purpose is to give you the tools to fight fair and build the type of intimacy you deserve. Understanding how we carry the baggage from past experiences can weigh on your current relationship. Unresolved conflicts and life experiences impact couples without them even knowing. I am committed to helping couples transform unresolved conflict and trauma into tools that can add value to them as a partner.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a strong background in relationship and family counseling. I have worked with couples and individual partners who have struggled with infidelity, communication, infertility, postpartum/new parent transitions, care giver stress for a partner, and resolving past trauma within your relationship. I use an integrated approach to therapy for couples including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma focused interventions. The Gottman Method is my primary approach when working with couples including a thorough assessment of the couple’s relationship and integrating research-based interventions. My goal is to provide couples a safe place free of judgment and creating transparency to blossom in your relationship.

I am committed to assist you and your partner in disarming conflict, increasing healthy verbal communication, respect, intimacy, and remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy within your relationship. I’m here to help you thrive not just survive in your relationship. Your challenges are not cookie cutter nor should your therapy be.

I am excited to work with you both and empower your through own strengths.

Our counselor was and is great. We were at a point in our marriage in which we didn't know if we could continue. Therapy helped us tremendously.
