About Me

Couples live the drama of connection and disconnection throughout the life of their relationship. The couples who are able to repair during the inevitable moments of disconnection enjoy successful long-lasting relationships. I very much enjoy working with couples and feel passionate about giving couples the tools to strengthen their relationships and heal their inevitable moments of disconnection. I've taken advanced training from the leading couples therapists in our field. I seek to provide my clients t with the best therapeutic models that have been proven to create lasting change. These include: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Encountered- Centered Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Pairs.
