I think working with Vanessa has helped us listen to each other more and diffuse certain situations by giving us better tools and different ways to view our problematic situations.
I have been with Vanessa for couple weeks, she seems nice even if I don't know much about her or we hadn't been talking for too long. But she is always checking on me and listen to my longgg text and talks.
She’s great! Very easy to talk to and asks the right questions to help work through issues.
