About Me

Hello! My name is Tracy Hollingworth. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in the State of New Mexico. I gained my Master’s of Philosophy after publishing my dissertation from Walden University and plan on graduating with my PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2020. I gained my Master's in Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Capella University and my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of New Mexico.

I have been in the helping profession for over ten years, working with children, adolescents, couples, and adults alike. My experience comes from various schools of thoughts, through a multicultural lens, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused treatment, and strengths-based approach. Meeting the client where they are at and understanding their needs. I have extensive experience working within crisis intervention, trauma focused treatment, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and substance abuse. My areas of expertise include exploring trauma and understanding how that impacts current decisions and relationships.

Through the therapeutic process, my goal is to provide individualized treatment and support to each person I work with. I welcome the opportunity and the privilege of providing guidance and support to each person on their journey of self discovery and healing.

I look forward to working with you!

Written by B.R. on Oct 10, 2020 after counseling with Tracy for 9 months on issues concerning relationship

I can’t believe how far I have come. Tracy genuinely listened to me, and challenged me to simple reach out and take the power I was certain I had lost.

This is truly the best decision I have ever made.
