Tracy is the best, she always helps me get to the root of my issues and she’s super down to earth.
Amazing! Very understanding!
Tracey is a great listener and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s very fair and honest in her feedback and provides great suggestions, feedback, practice tips and relevant reading towards a solution. I’d highly recommend!
Great counselor. Especially with making well-informed responses that address both my partner and my perspective(s). Offers feedback to promote self-reflection and growth, without judgment.
We saw 3 couples therapists before finding Tracey. She has been exactly what we have needed and I feel like my relationship has improved significantly since seeing her. We feel so thankful for her expertise, understanding, and observations. Tracey digs deep and gets to the root of issues and will press when needed, but always in an empathetic and non-judgmental way. I'm so thankful to be working with her!!
Very detailed and easy to speak with.
My husband and I have been to traditional counseling on and off throughout our 27 yr marriage. I was skeptical about using this type of platform however, thus far, it has proven very effective. We both feel that Tracey is extremely qualified, very experienced, professional and really addresses our needs. I highly recommend ReGain and Tracey!
Tracey is a very gifted therapist who has been a great help for my husband and me. She listens intently, has insightful feedback, and gives constructive advice. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine.
What a great person Tracey is! It was important for me to feel comfortable and feel openness from my counselor. I was hoping for an amazing experience with counseling and I’m very happy with my experience with Tracey and Regain.
She's helped us through a lot of our problems, we had broken up an engagement and helped facilitate still talking and even though we did separate for a while she had been helpful in us getting back together and moving in next month. We've been much more amicable and understanding of the other.
Tracey is a knowledgeable and compassionate counselor. My husband and I benefited from her guidance and will definitely seek her care again in the future.
Wonderful therapist. Wonderful person. Knows when to push and when to back off a bit. Always caring. Always patient. ZERO judgement. We love her.
Tracey is super helpful. I feel like she actually "gets" me. I wasn't expecting much of an online counselor but she goes above and beyond to make sure that I am heard and understood.
Tracey keeps it real. She’s very compassionate and helps you work through your thoughts and feelings.
Tracey is great.
Tracey Va Dyke has helped me at my lowest point and eliminate patterns that I have created. She is the best :)
Tracey is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She is very attentive and gives "homework" to allow me to work on whatever we discussed. I highly recommend.
Tracey has been a life saver in my marriage. Simple techniques that she explains in such a calm reassuring way has been a game changer. The idea of doing counseling online is genius. We have busy lives and we can just stop for one hour and focus on improving our relationship.
Tracey is wonderful. Always prompt and on time, always considerate of our time. She's very knowledgeable and genuinely listens to what we have to say. She offers a variety of approaches that she tailors to our unique situations. I'm so glad we found her.
Tracey helps me think through things in a way I would not be able to do on my own. She helps guide me through my feelings and thoughts to reach conclusions without imparting any bias or her own thoughts or beliefs. She has given me new tools to use in my everyday life to become a better person and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
