Tracey is truly heaven sent. My relationship was on the rocks and we were on the verge of breaking up. Both my partner and I wanted to work on us and hoped we could fix our problems. Tracy really helped to identify the root of our issues and gave solutions for fixing those issues. For me personally, she really put things in perspective. Working with Tracy has been so beneficial. I look forward to working with her in the future!
Tracey keeps it real. She’s very compassionate and helps you work through your thoughts and feelings.
Tracey is great.
I really appreciate Tracey, what started off as only couples counseling has really grown to cover all areas of my life. She’s very down to earth and funny.
Tracey Va Dyke has helped me at my lowest point and eliminate patterns that I have created. She is the best :)
Tracey is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She is very attentive and gives "homework" to allow me to work on whatever we discussed. I highly recommend.
Tracey has been a life saver in my marriage. Simple techniques that she explains in such a calm reassuring way has been a game changer. The idea of doing counseling online is genius. We have busy lives and we can just stop for one hour and focus on improving our relationship.
Tracey is wonderful. Always prompt and on time, always considerate of our time. She's very knowledgeable and genuinely listens to what we have to say. She offers a variety of approaches that she tailors to our unique situations. I'm so glad we found her.
Tracey helps me think through things in a way I would not be able to do on my own. She helps guide me through my feelings and thoughts to reach conclusions without imparting any bias or her own thoughts or beliefs. She has given me new tools to use in my everyday life to become a better person and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
