I am licensed in Arkansas with 7 years of professional work experience with individuals and families. I have experience in helping clients with the emotions of stress, relational and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, career difficulties, and coping with life changes. As a person-centered therapist, I meet you wherever you are in your journey with compassion and without judgment to assist in addressing the effects of current stressors, improve communication, and strengthen effective strategies to better cope. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Don't know how we got so lucky but she is a perfect fit for us! Lots of loving support in times of doubt and addresses all our concerns. She also has recommended some videos online that have been life changing for us! Couldn't recommend enough!
