About me

I am a Licensed School Social Worker in Illinois and have 14 years of experience working with families. I have primarily worked in school settings and have also been a couple therapist in a military setting. I have worked with clients who are experiencing life issues revolved around anxiety, learning/school concerns, parenting concerns, as well as many more.

I like to meet a client where they are at, have conversations that lead to self-awareness. I am understanding and open to the process that people are working on or are currently facing. I like to work on ways to grow and set goals in order in have a healthy lifestyle. This step is so important because it means that you are taking the steps necessary to address any issue that you are experiencing.
