Relationships are made up of individuals who bring with them many good qualities along with any unresolved issues and conflicts. The relationship goes through changes over time and stressors can cloud reason and prevent the relationship from becoming all that it can be. The focus of therapy in this arena is to identify, detangle and resolve issues that are not productive while addressing power differentials and concepts that are problematic in the acceptance of happiness and camaraderie within the relationship. Past traumas and unfulfilled expectations are only two of the "derailers" that are addressed but the aim here is understanding and identification of life purpose and the fulfillment of goals.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Thomas Wieland. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
I really like Thomas's approach to helping me. He really listens to me and helps to direct me toward my personal needs. I love the fact that he makes sure that it is clear that this is all about me and my experience so it is important that I get the result I need. Love his availability and how flexible he is to make time outside of his schedule to work with me. Highly recommended!
The first session I had with Thomas, he hit the nail on the head. He could see the bigger picture and could see what my bigger problem was and immediately told me we would be working on a game plan to help me overcome this obstacle and help save my marriage and family. He’s not only a great listener, but he responds so appropriately. He has so much wisdom and expertise to offer. I look forward to my future sessions with him.
He is the best. Practical, down to earth and direct.
